All our commercial designs are built using epoxy resin infused carbon fibre and kevlar foam sandwich. This combination is presently the lightest and strongest low maintenance method available. Carbon fibre is the material of choice for Boeing and Airbus to construct the fuselage and wings of their latest commercial airliners, which atests to its outstanding abilities. It is superior to aluminium; it is stronger, lighter, does not corrode or sweat and is quieter.
The lightweight of our carbon fibre moulded construction has ongoing economies of scale that will manifest themselves in the form of lower construction costs, lower operating costs and lower ongoing maintenance costs.
