Working Business Partner – WANTED - to join an established power catamaran design firm in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. TMD is moving into new global boating markets using the latest GREEN technologies and we need your expertise to help us accelerate our progress.
Must be a Naval Architect with at least 10 years’ experience designing fiberglass power boats between 45’and 150’ to ABS and/or other Classification Society Rules.
Must have; AutoCAD, 3D modeling and Photoshop rendering ability, ability to provide engineering details, carry out weight studies, compute hydrographic figures and develop composite laminate schedules. Experience with carbon fibre composite and other lightweight materials an asset.

WORK CAT INDUSTRY CATAMARAN CONSTRUCTION
TMD would be interested in Partnering with a company or Individual(s) to develop and build our range of Work Cats. Our work cats are the perfect vessels for Offshore Wind Farms, Personal Escort Vessels, Surveillance, Offshore Search & Rescue, Hydrographic & Survey and many other Work Cat applications. The vessels will be constructed in moulds and use the epoxy resin infused carbon fiber and Kevlar foam sandwich method. This method economically produces the strongest and lightest work boat vessels that are superior to our competitors one off aluminium vessels in every respect.
We are negotiating with two Chinese boat builders owned and managed by Expatriates from Australia and Canada who are successfully building other vessels using the same method.
